1. Agreement to Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using the Traegle website, mobile application, or admin dashboard, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all clauses, you must discontinue service usage immediately.
2. Permitted and Intended Use
Traegle is designed for personal safety, family coordinates sharing, and communication management. You agree not to misuse the services for unauthorized stalking, non-consensual location monitoring, or illegal data intercepting.
3. Performance and Limitations
You acknowledge that GPS accuracy, tracking alerts, Safe Zone boundaries, and emergency SOS pings depend heavily on external network links, cellular reception, device compatibility, and satellite signals. Traegle guarantees no operational uptime, signal speed, or tracking precision.
4. Complete Indemnification & Liability Exclusion
INDEMNITY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE APP OWNER, OPERATORS, PARTNERS, AND EMPLOYEES FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, ACTIONS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, OR COSTS (INCLUDING LEGAL FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR CONCERNING YOUR ACCIDENT, INJURY, INACCURATE GPS TRACKING, OR ANY SYSTEM OUTAGES.
THE SERVICE IS OPERATED VOLUNTARILY. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE APP OWNER BE LIABLE FOR STATUTORY OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE.
5. Term Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
