To deliver our real-time synchronization and emergency monitoring services, Traegle collects:
- Account Data: Name, verified email address, phone number, and hashed passcodes.
- Real-time Location: Precise GPS coordinates (latitude, longitude, accuracy) to enable member tracking and Safe Zone triggers.
- Media Attachments: Chat logs, pictures, and voice notes uploaded to the server upload directories.
3. Data Integrity & Retention
All sensitive data is encrypted in transit and stored in protected databases. Location records and historical alerts are automatically cleared daily at midnight to maintain storage hygiene and security.
